Meet Bob and Ann Kelley - Keller Williams Coastal Realty

Bob and Ann Kelley, the founders of

, have been selling real estate in Strafford, Rockingham and York Counties since 1985. Both are licensed in New Hampshire and Maine and beside the several extremely successful years of real estate sales experience, they both have several real estate designations and education. Bob has an Associates Degree from Chico State University in California, 1976 and two real estate designations, GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute, 1990) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, 1993) Ann has a Bachelors Degree from the University of New Hampshire, 1984 as well as being a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser since 1996. Her designations include the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, 1997) and CRB (Certified Residential Broker, 2004). Both Bob and Ann worked for and owned several real estate companies prior to purchasing the Keller Williams franchise. Their vast experience in both sales and brokerage won them many awards and honors. Bob was the number one RE/MAX agent in 2001.

Bob and Ann opened their new office, , at its current location, 45 Silver Street in Dover, April of 2003. They purchased this beautiful 1728 colonial, known as "Dame Tibbett's Tavern" and have completed a rejuvenation of the entire building, which you can read about by clicking on the picture.

Bob and Ann reside in New Durham, NH with their 21-year-old son, Stephen and their Jack Russell, aptly named Jack. The entire family is very musical, with all three playing either piano, guitar, bass, drums or singing and all three also enjoy everything New Hampshire and Maine have to offer, alpine skiing and boarding, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, gardening, boating and swimming the beautiful lakes and camping and hiking in the mountains.
